The Role:\n
\n Managing an existing matrimonial caseload left by a retiring solicitor\n
\n Handling divorce and financial remedy matters\n
\n Occasional children work, though the focus is firmly on financial aspects\n
\n Opportunity to grow and further develop the family department\n
\n
Candidate Requirements:\n
\n Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales)\n
\n Ideally 4–5 years’ PQE, though this is flexible\n
\n Comfortable being the only family fee-earner in the office\n
\n Strong private-client approach and excellent client care skills\n
\n
