The Role:

As a key member of the Immigration team, you will:

• Provide comprehensive legal advice and representation across a broad range of immigration matters
\n
• Assist businesses in applying for UK sponsor licences to recruit talent from overseas
\n
• Guide employers through Skilled Worker visa applications, including salary and skill threshold compliance
\n
• Advise on Right to Work checks to ensure compliance before employment
\n
• Support individuals with applications under the EU Settlement Scheme and indefinite leave to remain
\n
• Manage sponsor licences, ensuring businesses comply with Home Office duties
\n
• Handle visa applications, extensions, work permits, and asylum cases
\n
• Represent clients in hearings, tribunals, and appeals
\n
• Stay up to date with UK immigration law changes, ensuring clients receive accurate, proactive advice
\n
• Draft and review key legal documents, including petitions and appeals
\n

About You:

• 5+ years of experience in immigration law, with a strong focus on business immigration
\n
• In-depth knowledge of UK immigration law, particularly corporate immigration and sponsorship
\n
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal matters clearly
\n
• A proven ability to manage a diverse caseload efficiently
\n
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organisational skills
\n
• A client-focused approach, providing empathetic and practical solutions
\n
