- Join a large, established Residential Conveyancing department with genuine opportunities for career progression. \n
- Work alongside an experienced Conveyancing Team Leader and Paralegal within a collaborative team structure designed to develop your skills. \n
- Progress residential property transactions from instruction through to post-completion. \n
- Liaise confidently with clients, estate agents, lenders, developers and solicitors throughout the transaction. \n
- Review contracts, title documentation, mortgage offers and property searches. \n
- Raise enquiries and resolve issues efficiently to keep matters progressing. \n
- Prepare reports on title and all associated client documentation. \n
- Deal with lender requirements, redemption statements and Certificates of Title. \n
- Prepare completion statements, invoices and undertakings. \n
- Coordinate exchange, completion and post-completion formalities. \n
- Maintain accurate case management records while delivering exceptional client care. \n

- Previous experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload. \n
- Confident handling a wide range of residential property transactions. \n
- Organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities. \n
- A team player who enjoys collaborating and learning from experienced colleagues. \n
