The Role: You’ll manage a broad and varied caseload of commercial litigation matters, working directly with experienced partners and clients ranging from SMEs to large corporations.

\n Your work will involve:

• Handling a range of disputes, including contractual, shareholder, partnership, and professional negligence matters
  \n
\n
• Advising clients strategically through complex, high-value litigation
  \n
\n
• Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and correspondence
  \n

• Conducting negotiations, mediations, and settlement discussions
  \n
\n
• Supporting business development and client relationship management
  \n

About You

\n
• Qualified Solicitor (ideally 3+ years PQE with experience in commercial litigation
  \n

• Strong technical knowledge and confident advocacy skills
  \n
\n
• Commercially minded with a proactive, client-focused approach

• Keen to contribute to business development and long-term firm growth

• Ambitious and motivated to progress to senior levels
