Senior Family Solicitor | Doncaster A highly regarded specialist family law firm is seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to join its established team in Doncaster.

\n This is an exciting opportunity for a talented family lawyer to handle a broad range of privately funded family work while becoming an integral part of a growing and ambitious practice.

\n The Opportunity You will be entrusted with managing your own caseload of private family matters and will work alongside experienced colleagues within a supportive and collaborative environment.

\n The caseload will include:
\n

• Divorce and separation
\n
• Financial remedy matters
\n
• Private children disputes
\n
• Cohabitation disputes
\n
• Pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements
\n
• Separation agreements
\n
• Injunction applications
\n
• TOLATA matters (desirable but not essential)
\n

Alongside fee-earning responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to mentor junior members of the team, contribute to business development initiatives, build relationships within the local market, and support the continued expansion of the Doncaster office.

\n About You The firm is keen to hear from solicitors with significant family law experience, ideally around 8 years' PQE or above, although applications from candidates with strong relevant expertise are encouraged.

\n You will be able to demonstrate:

• Experience advising on both financial and children matters

• The ability to run a varied caseload independently

• Strong client relationship and communication skills
\n
• Excellent drafting and case management abilities
\n
• Commercial awareness and a consistent billing background

• Previous supervisory experience, or an interest in developing this area

• A proactive approach to networking and business development
\n
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
\n
• A collaborative and professional attitude
\n

Experience dealing with TOLATA claims would be advantageous but is not a prerequisite.
