\nAcademics is proud to be working in partnership with a highly regarded and well-established private nursery in Kensington & Chelsea, currently seeking an enthusiastic, experienced, and dedicated Nursery Manager to join their exceptional team from September 2026.

\nThe successful candidate will play a key role in leading the day-to-day operations of the nursery, maintaining exceptional standards of care and education, supporting staff development, and building strong relationships with families and the wider community.

- Location: Kensington & Chelsea \n
- Salary: £42,000 - £45,000 per annum \n
- Hours: 42 hours per week \n
- All-year-round nursery \n

The Successful Nursery Manager Will:
\n- \n
- Hold a relevant Level 3 qualification or above in Early Years/Childcare \n
- Have previous experience in a Nursery Manager or senior leadership role within Early Years \n
- Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements \n
- Lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional standards of care and education \n
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff \n
- Be organised, proactive, passionate, and committed to early childhood development \n
