Based either Newcastle OR Merseyside (hybrid remote working offered)

Would like you 45mins from either offices however do operate working from home

\n

Remuneration: £40,000 - £50,000 + bonus tbc

\n

Benefits: £8,000 car allowance, pension, phone, laptop & 22 days annual leave

\n

The role of the Estimator - Roofing & Cladding Refurbishment will involve:

\n
    \n
  • Estimator position dealing with roofing & cladding refurbishment projects
    • \n
  • Projects include: shopping centres, commercial building, university accommodation, industrial warehousing
    • \n
  • Producing estimate of projects ranging from £5k - £2m+
    • \n
  • Will produce estimates for both Newcastle & Merseyside sites
    • \n
  • Completion of detailed site surveys
    • \n
  • Analysis of tender documentation, including technical documents to prepare estimates
    • \n
  • Consulting with subcontractors and suppliers to discuss estimates and resolve issues and inquiries
    • \n

The ideal applicant will be an Estimator - Roofing & Cladding Refurbishment with:

  • Must have estimating experience in the construction industry ideally roofing & cladding experience however not essential
    • \n
  • Ideally possess extensive contacts within the industry
    • \n
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal across all levels
    • \n
  • Confident and articulate
    • \n
