\nA leading UK manufacturing business is looking to recruit a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join its engineering team at a high-volume production facility.
\nThis is an excellent opportunity for either mechanically or electrically biased engineers, provided you are comfortable working on electrical systems and fault finding within a modern automated manufacturing environment.
The Role\nWorking on a Panama shift pattern covering days and nights, you will be responsible for:

- Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) \n
- Reactive breakdown support \n
- Electrical and mechanical fault finding \n
- Continuous improvement activities \n
- Supporting production to maximise equipment uptime \n
- Root cause analysis and reliability improvements \n
- Working on automated production and packaging equipment \n
You will be working on a wide range of manufacturing and packaging machinery, including:

- High-speed automated production lines \n
- Conveyors and material handling systems \n
- Pneumatic and hydraulic equipment \n
- PLC-controlled machinery \n
- Vision inspection systems \n
- Industrial drives and motors \n
- Automated assembly equipment \n
- Packaging and process machinery \n
- \n
- Apprenticeship, NVQ Level 3, HNC/HND or equivalent in Engineering \n
- Multi-skilled maintenance background \n
- Comfortable with electrical fault finding \n
- Experience within manufacturing, FMCG, packaging, food, beverage, pharmaceutical or similar environments \n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team \n
