As Geotechnical Team Lead, you will predominantly be office-based, with occasional site visits for training and audits.

The role will include:

    Line management of a small team of engineers.

  • \n

    Supporting the wellbeing and development of your team.

  • \n

    Providing technical guidance and mentoring.

    • \n
  • \n

    Building and maintaining client relationships.

    Overseeing project delivery and quality standards.

To be considered for this Geotechnical Team Lead role, you will have:

    Previous geotechnical or ground investigation experience.

  • \n

    Leadership or supervisory experience.

    • \n
  • \n

    Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

    A strong technical background.

    A full UK driving licence.

    • \n
  • \n

    Full right to work in the UK.

    Residence in or within a reasonable commute of the Northampton office.
