Job Description
Bluestones is working with a leading distrubution in the food industry and due to a massive expansion we are looking for HGV class 2 drivers
\nLocation Nutts corner
\nHours Any 5 out of 7
\n5:30am - 6:00am start to finish
\nWeekend work included
\nIf you were a 6 day week will be paid the 6th shift at time and a half rate
\nSalary 19.80phr
\nDuties
\n- \n
- To provide Multi Drop Delivery to customers in the Northern Ireland region \n
- To deliver our customer's orders on multiple drops, accurately and on time whilst providing excellent customer service. \n
- Resolve customer queries wherever possible. \n
- To check and complete all invoices and paperwork on time and within specification \n
- To complete daily checks on your vehicles and load \n
- To adhere to all Basic Food Safety requirements \n
- To build excellent customer relationships \n
- Requires working efficiently, proactively and Health and Safety conscious in a fast-paced environment. \n
- Meet or exceed established accuracy levels. \n
- Reporting damages, accidents and issues relating to Food Safety \n
- Ensure all products are delivered in a saleable quality \n
- Collect monies (cash & cheques) against invoices \n
- Any other duties as directed by Management \n
Requirements:
\n- \n
- Full Category C/Class 2 Driving Licence is essential \n
- Good communication and teamwork skills \n
- Must have a valid Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) Card \n
- Must have a digital tachograph card \n
- The knowledge and initiative to solve basic problems and make routine decisions \n
- The ability to complete paperwork in an orderly fashion \n
- Fluent English Language Skills essential (both written and spoken) \n
- Good organisational and prioritising skills to complete tasks on time \n
- Leadership Skills \n
- Desirable Criteria: \n
- 1 year previous Multi Drop Delivery Experience is desirable \n
- Good geographical knowledge of Northern Ireland \n
- Temperature controlled experience would be advantageous but not necessary as full training will be provided \n
