\nAbout the Role
\nAs a Print Instructor, you'll deliver hands-on vocational training within a professional print workshop, helping learners develop industry-standard skills while maintaining high standards of quality, safety and productivity.
\nYou'll create a positive learning environment where individuals can gain valuable experience, build confidence and prepare for employment on release.
\nKey Responsibilities

- Deliver practical training in print production and related processes. \n
- Supervise learners in a safe and productive workshop environment. \n
- Support learners to develop technical skills, employability skills and positive workplace behaviours. \n
- Ensure all work is completed to agreed quality standards and production deadlines. \n
- Maintain workshop equipment and ensure compliance with Health & Safety procedures. \n
- Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback and encouragement. \n
- Promote a culture of respect, inclusion and continuous improvement. \n
- Work collaboratively with education and prison colleagues to support learner outcomes. \n
- Maintain accurate records and complete required documentation. \n
What We're Looking For
\nYou'll have:

- Experience working within the print industry. \n
- Knowledge of print production, digital print, finishing or commercial printing processes. \n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. \n
- The ability to motivate, coach and inspire others. \n
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. \n
- A commitment to health, safety and quality standards. \n
Desirable
\n- \n
- Teaching, training or coaching experience. \n
- An assessor or teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one). \n
- Experience working with learners from diverse backgrounds. \n
