Delicatessen Cook / Supervisor

We have an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Cook with strong Delicatessen experience to join our well established team managing our Deli counter.\n
\nLocation: Woodcote Green (located within Dobbies Garden Centre)Hours: Full time, 42.5 hours per week (7-day rota, flexible days)Salary: £30,940\n
\nKey Requirements:\n

• Proven experience cooking and managing a Deli within a busy retail environment
\n
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to support and motivate a team
\n
• Commercial awareness and confidence balancing shop performance with customer service
\n
• Passion for produce development and delivering premium quality produce
\n
• Drive, enthusiasm and pride in high standards
