QHSE Engineer

\nThis QHSE Engineer position is based in Andover, Hampshire. The working hours are Monday to Thursday 08:3017:00, with an early finish of 15:30 on Friday. The role is permanent, onsite, and paying up to £50,000 depending on experience.
\nAs the QHSE Engineer, youll play a key role in developing and maintaining the Business Management System in line with ISO14001, ISO45001, AS9100, ISO9001 and ISO13485 standards. You will act as the EHS Management Representative, leading health, safety and environmental initiatives, managing internal audits and supporting continuous improvement across the business. Youll also be the main contact for supplier quality matters, including audits, first article inspections, change management and non-conformance resolution. The role involves producing quality and supplier performance reports, delivering QHSE training and collaborating across production, engineering and management teams to drive a culture of quality and safety throughout the organisation.
\nYou will need:
\nPrevious experience in a similar QHSE or quality role within a manufacturing/engineering environment, ideally electronics manufacturing
\nFormal training in auditing to standards such as AS9100, ISO13485, ISO14001 or ISO45001
\nNEBOSH International Certificate for Health & Safety Management (or equivalent)
\nStrong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
\nExperience managing supplier quality, audits, and first article inspections
