Civil Litigation Lawyer needed in Manchester Paying £25.85 per hr ref 000 2D08 / 1

Full time hours on a temporary basis

• Manage a caseload of housing disrepair claims, including pre-action and litigated matters.
\n
• Provide clear, practical, and timely legal advice to clients.
\n
• Draft pleadings, witness statements, notices, and other legal documentation.
\n
• Conduct negotiations and seek effective resolutions through settlement where appropriate.
\n
• Represent clients at hearings, case management conferences, and other court proceedings.
\n
• Instruct and liaise with counsel, experts, surveyors, and other third parties as required.
\n
• Ensure compliance with Civil Procedure Rules, relevant legislation, and internal policies.
\n
• Maintain accurate case records and meet performance and service standards.
\n
• Support colleagues and contribute to the continuous improvement of the legal service.
