Permanent, full-time, Monday to Friday, daytime hours, + approx. 1-in-4 Saturday mornings

Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Having a friendly, helpful, and conscientious attitude, providing the first point of contact for business enquiries relating to HGV, commercial vehicle and automotive aftermarket parts.
\n
• Utilising strong computer skills and an excellent telephone manner to deliver sound parts-advice and enhance existing customer relationships.
\n
• Enjoying being part of a small team involved in vehicle parts despatch;ensuring accuracy of orders, expediating deliveries, and using computer systems to manage and co-ordinate inventory requirements.
\n
• Managing long-standing customer accounts, building on established partnerships and taking the time to care with every call.
\n
• A flexible and sociable team-player,willing to learn and contribute wherever needed to fulfil business aims
