Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 DOE

Join a well-established shopfitting and bespoke joinery contractor delivering high-quality retail, hospitality and commercial fit-out projects across the UK.

The Role\n

They are looking for an Estimator to join the team, taking responsibility for pricing and tendering a range of joinery shopfitting & interior fit out projects from enquiry through to submission.

Responsibilities
\n
    \n
  • Reviewing drawings, specifications and tender documentation.
    • \n
  • Producing detailed cost estimates and tender submissions.
    • \n
  • Preparing take-offs and bills of quantities.
    • \n
  • Obtaining and analysing supplier and subcontractor quotations.
    • \n
  • Pricing bespoke joinery, manufacturing and fit-out packages.
    • \n
  • Identifying value engineering opportunities where appropriate.
    • \n
  • Working closely with clients, suppliers and internal teams throughout the tender process.
    • \n

Requirements\n
    \n
  • Previous estimating experience within joinery, shopfitting or interior fit-out.
    • \n
  • Strong understanding of bespoke joinery and manufacturing processes.
    • \n
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
    • \n
  • Good commercial awareness and attention to detail.
    • \n
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
    • \n
  • Experience using estimating software and Microsoft Excel would be advantageous.
    • \n
