Lynx Employment Services are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced JCB Operator to join a busy Waste Depot on a temporary basis to provide sickness cover.
\n This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled operator looking for consistent weekday hours in a varied, hands-on role.

\n

### The Role

\n

As a JCB Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a front-loading JCB while supporting the day-to-day running of the waste depot.

\n

### Key Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Operate a front-loading JCB safely and efficiently.
\n
• Fill and move skips around the depot.
\n
• Push up waste bays to maintain operational efficiency.
\n
• Carry out litter picking and general yard housekeeping.
\n
• Order replacement skips when required.
\n
• Complete routine yard inspections.
\n
• Follow all health and safety procedures.
\n

### Requirements

Proven experience operating a front-loading JCB. Relevant plant operator certification. Good awareness of health and safety within a waste or industrial environment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable, safety-conscious and proactive approach to work. A satisfactory DVLA licence check will be required. \n
