\nWhat youll need:\n
\nStrong knowledge of UK Building Regulations\n
\nA solid understanding of the Building Safety Act (BSA) and how its applied in practice\n
\nExperience across commercial projects (RBI or consultancy background)\n
\nExposure to high-risk buildings (HRBs)\n
\nProven experience managing projects and/or leading teams\n
\nIf youve already stepped into leadership, this is a great opportunity to level up. Or, if youre a Class 3 Building Inspector thinking about a slight change in direction, this could be the perfect move.\n
