Jark Stevenage are currently looking for a INJECTION MOULD TOOLMAKER for a successful company in Stevenage.\n
\nManufacture and modification of Injection mould tools in a modern well equipped toolroom, with Hurco machining centres, Sodick Wire eroders, Sodick Spark eroders, Jones & Shipman surface grinders, in house design using Pro Engineer and CAM programming using Powermill\n
\nMain Duties & Responsibilities\n
\nUse of manual milling machines\n
\nUse of lathes\n
\nUse of surface and cylindrical grinders\n
\nUse of manual and CNC spark eroders\n
\nUse of CNC wire eroder\n
\nModification & Repair of Injection Mould Tools\n
\nManufacture and fitting of new injection mould tools\n
\nUsing hand tools such as files, hacksaws and grinders\n
\nExperience in general toolmaking, milling, grinding and fitting\n
\nWiring of Hot runner systems and fault finding\n
\nTo be considered for the role you must have;\n
\nExperience in injection mould toolmaking, and high precision machining, milling, grinding and fitting.\n
\nUnderstand and have experience of fitting and assembly of complex mould tools including their repair\n
\nHave the ability to work to tight time scales without compromising quality and safety\n
\nMaintenance, repair and modification on Injection Mould Tools\n
\nPreparing new mould Tools for Production\n
\nCandidate to have the ability to communicate well and be part of a team in a small business\n
\nFull time\n
