Overview
\n We are looking for carpenters to work at our clients factory facility building timber framed buildings. Applicants must be fully qualified.

Responsibilities

\n
• Operate and utilise a variety of hand tools, power tools, and specialised equipment to complete assigned tasks
\n
• Perform welding tasks with precision, adhering to safety standards and technical specifications
\n
• Conduct masonry work, including laying bricks, blocks, and other materials as required
\n
• Assist with carpentry projects such as framing, cutting, and assembling structures
\n
• Carry out roofing repairs and installations ensuring durability and weather resistance
\n
• Handle heavy lifting safely to move materials or equipment around the site
\n
• Apply mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and maintaining machinery or structural components
\n
• Drive commercial vehicles when necessary for transportation of materials or personnel
\n
• Follow health and safety protocols diligently to maintain a safe working environment at all times
\n

Skills

\n
• Proven experience in welding, masonry, carpentry, roofing, or related trades
\n
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and specialised equipment relevant to construction and maintenance tasks
\n
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively
\n
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in various conditions
\n
• Experience in commercial driving is advantageous but not essential
\n
• Good organisational skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately
\n
• Physical fitness and stamina to work on-site for extended periods under varying weather conditions
\n
• A proactive attitude towards safety procedures and teamwork
\n
