Class 2 Driver

Class 2Driver -Guaranteed HGV Work EVERY Week.

HireGiant is currently looking for an experienced Class 2 Driver to work with our client based in Loughborough area of Leicestershire LE11. This is a fantastic opportunity for ongoing, full-time LGV work with the potential to become a permanent position! Temp to perm opportunity with a pay rise when permanent

Work will be either Simple Collection and Delivery work to ensure the products network runs smoothly, time to time you may have to do some multidrop to help the radial runs that are falling behind due to high workload. Some handball maybe required from time to time but its mainly pump truck or FLT unloaded.

The Role:

\n As a Class 2Driver, you will be:

\n
• Trunking runs using a LGV curtain or box trailer vehicle
\n
• Ensuring delivery is recovered and paperwork is in order
\n
• Completing HGV vehicle checks
\n
• Adhering to WTD and EU Tacho rules and regulations while driving the HGV truck
\n
• Working Monday to Friday (optional weekend shifts available)
\n
• Starting around 06:00am daily - shifts between 10-12 hours
\n

Requirements:

\n
• HGV Class 2 licence entitlement
\n
• A valid CPC and Digital Tacho card
\n
• Safety boots and Hi-Vis vest
\n

Hours & Pay Rates (PAYE):

Monday to Friday shift pattern - 06:00-07:00 Start

Shift Length - 10-12 hours

£16.50 -22.50 per hour (Monday to Friday)
