\nAbout the RoleAn experienced Logistics & Inventory Co-Ordinator is required to support logistics operations, working closely with warehouse teams, clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. \n
\n
\nThe successful candidate will manage UK freight coordination, inventory processes, and customer communication while ensuring accuracy and efficiency across all activities.\n
\n
\nKey RequirementsProven experience in logistics coordination and inventory management.\n
\nExcellent computer and software skills, including strong experience with Outlook and Excel.\n
\nExperience implementing or using inventory management software (Point of Rental experience preferred).\n
\nStrong UK freight forwarding experience required; international freight forwarding experience desirable.\n
\nExcellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.\n
\nStrong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.\n
\nAbility to work collaboratively with colleagues, clients, and suppliers.\n

\nKey Responsibilities\n
\nNegotiate UK freight rates with suppliers and carriers.\n
\nArrange UK inbound and outbound freight bookings.\n
\nProvide national freight rates to design and commercial teams for quoting purposes.\n
\nMaintain accurate records of expected and actual UK shipping dates.\n
\nProvide regular updates to UK clients regarding delivery and shipping schedules.\n
\nPrepare and issue all required documentation to clients, including Certificates of Conformity (CoCs).\n
\nSupport inventory management processes, including monthly rolling stock takes with the warehouse team.\n
\nOversee UK rental stock and related logistics activities.\n
\nWork closely with warehouse teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations\n
\n
