Oliver Smith Recruitment are currently working in partnership with our key client in Thornliebank to recruit an experienced Purchase Ledger on a 6 month FTC.
\n
\n
The successful candidate will ideally hold strong Accounts Payable experience in order to hit the ground running.
\n
\n
Duties:
\n
\n
\n - Processing of high volume invoices
\n - Processing and logging expenses
\n - Performing statement reconciliations
\n - Dealing with internal and external clients
\n - Send out and retrieve invoices for approval
\n - Support the Finance team where needed within transnational finance tasks
\n - Assisting with general Ad-Hoc duties
\n - Managing the Finance Team email inbox
