Location\nBrixworth – Site-based, 5 days per week
Hours\nPermanent Full-time: 40 hours per week
Salary\n£31,000 - £35,000 per year + excellent benefits

Your Responsibilities\nAs a Traffic Management Operative, you will work alongside dedicated maintenance teams, providing essential traffic management support for various projects. This hands-on role not only allows you to develop your skills but also contributes to the improvement of local road networks. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

- Completing traffic management risk assessments to ensure site safety \n
- Reviewing and implementing traffic management arrangements for minor works \n
- Supporting maintenance activities, including hand sweeping, cleaning, and litter picking \n
- Loading, unloading, and handling materials and equipment safely \n
- Collaborating with your team to deliver high-quality maintenance projects \n
This role is perfect for someone who:

- Holds LANTRA Traffic Management qualifications at T1/M1 and T2/M2 levels \n
- Brings hands-on experience from highway maintenance or a similar field \n
- Has completed relevant SHE matrix training for the role \n
