\nI'm working with a fantastic high street City law firm that's looking to appoint a Compliance & Office Manager to take ownership of the firm's compliance framework while overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office.\n

\nThis is a genuinely varied role, perfect for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and wants to play a key part in the smooth running of a well-established law firm.\n

The Role?\n
\n'14; Leading the firm's SRA regulatory compliance and AML framework\n
\n'14; Developing and maintaining policies, procedures and internal controls\n
\n'14; Managing complaints, breaches, conflicts and compliance registers\n
\n'14; Supporting GDPR and data protection processes\n
\n'14; Leading internal audits and coordinating external accreditations where required\n
\n'14; Delivering compliance training and promoting best practice across the firm\n
\n'14; Reporting directly to the Managing Partner on compliance and risk matters\n
\n'14; Overseeing the day-to-day running of the office, facilities and suppliers\n
\n'14; Supporting business continuity planning and operational improvements\n
\n
About you?\n
\n• Previous legal compliance experience within an SRA-regulated law firm\n
\n• Strong knowledge of SRA Standards & Regulations, AML and GDPR\n
\n• A practical, solutions-focused approach to compliance\n
\n• Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills\n
\n• Someone who enjoys combining compliance with operational responsibility\n
\n
