A well established law firm in Warwickshire is seeking an experienced Private Client Locum to provide ongoing support to its busy department.\n

This is an excellent opportunity for a Private Client specialist looking for a long term locum assignment with an immediate start available.\n

The role will involve:\n

  • Managing a varied private client caseload
    • \n
  • Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
    • \n
  • Probate and estate administration matters
    • \n
  • Trusts and estate planning work
    • \n
  • Providing advice to a broad client base
    • The ideal candidate will have:\n

  • Previous experience handling a private client caseload with minimal supervision
    • \n
  • Strong knowledge of Wills, Probate and LPAs
    • \n
  • Excellent client care skills
    • \n
  • The ability to hit the ground running
