Key Responsibilities of a Concession Manager:

\n
• Train, motivate, and develop the retail team to ensure high performance
\n
• Deliver an outstanding luxury retail experience by leading by example on the shop floor
\n
• Manage daily store operations, including stock control, store merchandising, and team performance
\n
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers
\n
• Assist in monitoring key performance indicators and reporting to senior management
\n
• Build relationships within the store
\n

What we are Looking for:

• Experience as Concession Manager, Assistant Manager or Store Manager within a customer focused premium or luxury retail environment
\n
• A passionate and inspiring individual
\n
• Proven ability to drive sales and meet retail targets.
\n
• Experience in clientelling and a strong understanding of CRM
\n
• Strong leadership and people management skills with a focus on team development
\n
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
\n
