\nA home with heart
\nGloucestershire House is a residential service with nursing support in Cheltenham, and home for up to 30 disabled adults. We also provide supported living bungalows for up to six more people. Residents are deeply involved in the running of the entire service. Youll find excellent facilities, a friendly and positive atmosphere and a beautiful local area.
\nYour working hours
\nPrimarily working Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm - all supernumerary hours with expectation to cover nursing shifts when required
\nAbout the role
\nAs Deputy Manager Registered Nurse, you will:
\nSupport the Service Manager and deputise in their absence
\n Provide effective leadership, management, and supervision for a team of nurses and care staff
\n Lead with passion and enthusiasm to ensure a well-run, compliant, and person-centred service
\n Deliver high standards of nursing, clinical, and personal support
\n Promote independence, choice, and positive outcomes for residents
\n Ensure compliance with health and safety and all statutory obligations

\nCurrent NMC registration as a Registered Nurse
\n A level of professional development and registration (may include Level 5 Leadership in Health and Social Care)
\n Experience managing a team of nursing and care staff
\n Experience providing direct personal and social care
\n Experience working with individuals with physical and/or learning disabilities
\n Flexibility to work rostered hours
