\nWere seeking a driven and professional Electrical Maintenance Supervisorto join a flagship, high-end commercial site in Tottenham Court Road.\n
\nIn this role, you will be responsible for leading a small team of M&E engineers, alongside coordinating specialist contractors, to ensure the seamless operation and maintenance of all building systems. You will play a key role in maintaining exceptional standards of safety, performance, and statutory compliance across this prestigious property.\n
\nThe role is ideally suited to someone with a strong electrical background who thrives in a team-focused environment and can confidently coordinate multiple stakeholders within a fast-paced, high-profile setting.\n
\nKey Responsibilities\n

\n
• PPMs and reactive works
\n
• Full delivery of M&E services
\n
• Oversee compliance, reporting, and operational standards
\n
• Ensure smooth day-to-day running of the site
\n
• Liaise directly with the client regarding technical requirements
\n
• Monitor and support maintenance activities
\n
• Ensure all works are carried out in line with SFG20 standards
\n
• Record Keeping / Logbooks
\n

Requirements\n

\n
• Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent
\n
• 18th Edition
\n
• HVAP Desired
\n
• 5 years experience in a similar position
\n
• Strong building services expereince
\n
• Right to work in the UK
\n
