Are you an experienced drainage professional ready to step into a hands-on supervisory position? We're recruiting an Industrial Services Supervisor to lead site-based teams, coordinate daily operations and ensure drainage and industrial services projects are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

About the Client:

We're supporting an established UK organisation delivering specialist environmental and industrial services across the infrastructure, utilities and commercial sectors. The business is known for its strong safety culture, investment in its people and commitment to protecting the environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

* Supervising drainage, industrial cleaning and environmental service operations
\n * Leading teams on-site and ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently
\n * Producing and managing RAMS and safe systems of work
\n * Coordinating equipment, plant, vehicles and site resources
\n * Supporting high-pressure water jetting, confined-space and decontamination projects
\n * Leading spill and hazardous-material response teams during emergency call-outs
\n * Liaising directly with clients and providing progress updates
\n * Completing job documentation and supporting operational planning
\n * Ensuring vehicles, equipment, assets and the depot are properly maintained
\n * Supporting the on-call rota and deputising for management when required

What We Need From You:

* Previous experience working within the drainage industry
\n * Supervisory or team-leading experience within a hands-on environment
\n * Experience producing RAMS and managing safe systems of work
\n * Strong understanding of health and safety procedures
\n * Experience coordinating teams, vehicles, equipment and site resources
\n * Confident communicating with clients and colleagues
\n * Flexible approach to overtime, emergency call-outs, travel and occasional nights away
\n * Full UK driving licence
\n * Right to work in the UK

Experience in high-pressure water jetting, confined spaces, industrial cleaning, spill response or hazardous-material handling would be advantageous. Qualifications such as WJA, CCNSG, SSSTS, SMSTS, IOSH, HGV or ADR would also be beneficial.
