Service: New 3-bed home (Unregulated) RI already in place
Requirement: MUST have Ofsted experience (essential)

- Registered Manager for a newly established 3-bed home \n
- Responsible for setting up and operationally leading the service from launch \n
- Ensure high standards of safeguarding, care, and internal quality assurance \n
- Work closely with the Responsible Individual (RI) to meet compliance expectations \n
- Embed policies, procedures, and staffing structures within the home \n
- Lead recruitment, induction, and development of the staff team \n
- Ensure safe, stable, and nurturing environment for young people \n
- Drive service quality and prepare for future regulatory scrutiny where applicable \n
- Manage day-to-day operations, risk, and service development \n

- MUST have previous Ofsted experience (essential requirement) \n
- Experienced Registered Manager or strong senior manager in residential care \n
- Confident working in new or developing services \n
- Strong understanding of safeguarding, compliance, and quality standards \n
- Able to lead a service independently with minimal initial structure \n
- Resilient, proactive, and solution-focused approach \n
- Strong leadership and team-building skills \n
- Excellent organisational and decision-making abilities \n
- Passionate about creating a safe and positive environment for young people \n
