Paediatric Clinical Lead - Community Complex Care\n
\n North West London | Hybrid (2 days from home, 3 days in the community)\n

\n A leading, nurse-led provider is seeking a Paediatric Clinical Lead to support the delivery of high-quality care to children with complex needs across North West London. \n As a Paediatric Clinical Lead, you will take ownership of clinical oversight across a portfolio of paediatric packages, ensuring safe, effective, and person-centred care in the community. You will work closely with families, carers, and multidisciplinary teams while supporting the ongoing development of clinical staff.\n

Key Responsibilities\n

  • Provide clinical oversight of paediatric community care packages
  • \n
  • Complete assessments, develop care plans, and conduct regular reviews
  • \n
  • Deliver training, competency assessments, and clinical supervision
  • \n
  • Build strong relationships with families, MDTs, and commissioners
  • \n
  • Maintain high standards of clinical governance and care delivery
  • \n
Requirements\n
    \n
  • Registered Childrens Nurse (RSCN or RN Child) with active NMC PIN
  • \n
  • Minimum 3 years UK experience in paediatric or community complex care
  • \n
  • Leadership or supervisory experience within a clinical setting
  • \n
  • Recent experience with tracheostomy care and ventilation
  • \n
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • \n
  • Full UK driving licence
  • \n
