- Provide clinical oversight of paediatric community care packages \n
- Complete assessments, develop care plans, and conduct regular reviews \n
- Deliver training, competency assessments, and clinical supervision \n
- Build strong relationships with families, MDTs, and commissioners \n
- Maintain high standards of clinical governance and care delivery \n
- \n
- Registered Childrens Nurse (RSCN or RN Child) with active NMC PIN \n
- Minimum 3 years UK experience in paediatric or community complex care \n
- Leadership or supervisory experience within a clinical setting \n
- Recent experience with tracheostomy care and ventilation \n
- Strong organisational and communication skills \n
- Full UK driving licence \n
