\nA fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join a thriving conveyancing team. Youll manage your own caseload from instruction through to completion, delivering high-quality legal work within a supportive, collaborative environment. This role suits someone who enjoys autonomy, client contact, and handling a broad mix of residential transactions.
What Youll Be Responsible For\n- \n

Meeting clients in person, over the phone and via correspondence to take instructions and provide advice

Managing a full caseload of residential property matters, including freehold and leasehold sales/purchases, shared ownership, re-mortgages and new-build transactions
\n - \n
Progressing files from initial instruction to completion while maintaining excellent service standards
\n - \n
Drafting and reviewing legal documents such as contracts and transfer deeds
\n - \n
Offering clear, timely and practical advice to clients
\n - \n
Organising, developing and managing your own workload
\n - \n
Maintaining client files professionally and in line with required standards
\n - \n
Keeping an effective diary system to ensure smooth progression of matters
\n - \n
Handling enquiries and preparing quotes
\n - \n
Building relationships, creating networking opportunities and supporting new business generation
\n - \n
Staying up to date with changes in property law and completing learning activities required for ongoing competence

Experience in residential property work
\n - \n
Strong understanding of property law and conveyancing practice
\n - \n
Familiarity with CQS requirements
\n - \n
Excellent communication skills and a confident client manner
\n - \n
Professional, articulate telephone and face-to-face communication

Ability to work effectively under pressure
\n - \n
Skill in identifying key information within transaction documents and advising accordingly
