You will support day-to-day production activities to ensure customer orders are fulfilled efficiently. The role involves working as part of a team to maintain high standards of health and safety, food safety, and product quality, while following site procedures and contributing to smooth operational performance.

Shift Patterns:
\n * Hygiene Operative: 13:30 - 22:00 (5 days out of 7)
\n * Abattoir Operative: 06:30 - 15:30 (5 days out of 7)
\n * Hanging Hall Operative: 05:30 - 14:30 (5 days out of 7)
\n * Packing Operative: 07:30 - 16:00 (5 days out of 7)

Pay Rates:
\n * 13.21 GBP hourly

Essential requirements for Production Operative:
\n * Own transport is required due to the site location.
\n * No formal qualifications are needed.
\n * Ability to work full-time for a long-term assignment.

Desirable requirements for Production Operative:
\n * Familiarity with working in a temperature-controlled, food manufacturing environment.
\n * Team player with good communication skills.

Role tasks for Production Operative:
\n * Processing and packing fresh meat products, including pork.
\n * Mixing and blending ingredients according to order requirements.
\n * Labelling finished products accurately.
\n * Maintaining a clean and safe workspace in line with food safety standards.
