Class 2 HGV Driver Required Chesterfield

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Class 2 (Category C) HGV Driver to join a well-established plumbing and drainage company based in Chesterfield.

This is an ongoing role offering consistent Monday to Friday work, with nights out required depending on customer requirements. There is a genuine opportunity for a temp-to-perm position for the right candidate.

• Class 2 (Category C) driving duties
\n
• Delivering plumbing, drainage equipment and materials to customer sites
\n
• Monday to Friday work
\n
• Various start times depending on operational requirements
\n
• Regular nights out as required
\n
• Completing delivery paperwork accurately
\n
• Carrying out daily vehicle checks and defect reporting
\n
• Providing excellent customer service at delivery locations
\n

£17.53 per hour
\n £26.00 per night out
\n Ongoing, full-time work
\n Potential temp-to-perm opportunity
\n Supportive and professional working environment

\n
• Valid UK Class 2 (Category C) Licence
\n
• Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
\n
• Previous Class 2 driving experience preferred
\n
• Good understanding of UK road networks
\n
• Reliable, flexible and professional attitude
\n
• Comfortable with regular nights out
\n
• Strong communication and customer service skills
\n
