Are you an experienced Domestic Electrician looking for a long-term opportunity with a well-established contractor delivering works across the social housing sector?

We are currently seeking a qualified Domestic Electrician to join a growing team operating throughout the South West. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a permanent position with a strong workload, excellent benefits and genuine career progression opportunities.

The Role

You will be responsible for carrying out a range of electrical works within occupied and void social housing properties, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.

Duties will include:

Electrical maintenance and repairs
\n Fault finding and diagnostics
\n Consumer unit upgrades
\n Testing and inspection
\n EICRs
\n Remedial works
\n Rewires and installation work
\n Working within occupied and void properties
\n Completing certification and relevant documentation

Requirements

NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation
\n AM2
\n 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
\n Full UK Driving Licence
\n Previous experience within domestic or social housing environments

Desirable

2391 Inspection & Testing qualification
\n 2394 & 2395
\n Experience carrying out EICRs and remedial works

Salary up to £50,000 depending on experience
