\n Hamilton Woods Associates are currently working on behalf of a social housing provider in Chesterfield to recruit to a Gas Engineer on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities of the Gas Engineer include:

• Working within tenanted and void social housing properties
\n
• Carrying out repair, renewal, installs & safety checks
\n
• Ensuring tenant satisfaction
\n
• Working closely with the compliance team in ensuring work is undertaken safely
\n
• Utilising a PDA
\n
• Completing necessary paperwork
\n

Requirements of the Gas Engineer include:

\n
• UK Driving License
\n
• Relevant gas tickets (CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1, CPA1)
\n
• Level 2 or 3 NVQ in Gas & Plumbing
\n
