Contract Manager Industrial Services

EXPEIRENCED INDUSTRIAL SERVICES CONTRACTS MANAGER REQUIRED.We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee client contracts from initial enquiry through to project completion.\n
\nTITLE: Contract Manager Industrial Services\n
\nLOCATION: Chester, North West EnglandThis will be an office-based role with visits to client sites\n
\nSALARY: £50,000 -£60,000 & Company vehicle plus commission\n

\nROLE: Contract Manager Industrial Services\n
\n

\n
• Manage client contracts from enquiry through to completion
\n
• Develop project plans, budgets, cost estimates, and delivery schedules
\n
• Prepare, review, negotiate, and manage contract terms
\n
• Monitor project performance, costs, and timelines
\n
• Act as the key point of contact for clients, project teams, and stakeholders
\n
• Attend site meetings and oversee operational delivery
\n
• Coordinate subcontractors, technical teams, financial staff, and third parties
\n
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, compliantly, on time, and within budget
\n
• Support business growth through excellent customer service and relationship management
\n

\n
\nExperience required - Contract Manager Industrial Services\n
\n

\n
• You will have a full UK Driving Licence with 6 points or less
\n
• Experience managing contracts within waste management, environmental services, industrial operations, or related sectors
\n
• Excellent understanding of health, safety, and environmental compliance
\n
• Strong budget management and commercial awareness
\n
