Trades and Labour Temp Enjoy an ongoing, self-employed role, working for a respected and well-established Social Housing Contractor. This Multi-Trade Operative role offers an initial 6-month contract with the chance of extended works. You’ll be working for a major Social Housing Contractor in the Leicester area, known for providing long-term opportunities and a strong team environment. This is an organisation where you’ll be valued for your contribution and given stability in your role as a Multi-Trade Operative. As a Multi-Trade Operative, you will be: Carrying out basic general Carpentry, Plumbing, Patch Plastering and painting tasks Performing heavy lifting duties Working on Void ProjectsI’d love to speak to anyone who has: Previous multi-trading experience within the social housing sector Basic DBS Their own van The ability to commute to and from site reliablyThe role is offering the following benefits: Weekly pay (CIS payments available) Long-term work Fuel allowance (£10 - £15 per day)This role is offering £22 - £23 per hour. Location & travel Based in Leicester, this role requires you to have your own van, due to being at one – two properties per day.
