- Managing the value and cost of complex M&E projects at various stages of project delivery \n
- Being the focal point for effective communicationsbetween clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to meet supply and delivery targets \n
- Delivering profitability on assigned project(s) and working with others to ensuretargets and time demands are met \n
- Managing risk and changeprocesses \n
- Working with legal teams to create agreements and contract documentation \n
- Providing commercial advice and support to the client, making sure quality is never compromised \n
- Produce client applications and cost value reconciliations (CVRs) \n
- Establish and grow both your and the consultancies professional network within the Built Environment \n
- Implement and monitor administrative and management systems to supportexisting project control systems \n
- Monitor and manage compliance with commercial agreements and administration \n
- Present in regular project cost reports and risk meetings \n
\n
- \n
- Already completed RICS or equivalent course - this is not an entry-level/trainee grade role \n
- Experience specifically within commercial M&E projects and building services, and an understanding of pre-construction as well as project delivery (at various stages) \n
- Excellent communication skills \n
- Strong computer-literacy and MS Office capability \n
- Ability to work with others and in team environments, with an emphasis on problem-solving and conflict resolution \n
- Excellent presentation skills in verbal and written formats \n
