\n The role of the Estimator Flat Roofing will involve:

Estimator position promoting a range of Industrial & Commercial Roofing projects

Conduct take-offs to support accurate project assessments.

Prepare detailed cost estimates and pricing for flat roofing and construction projects.

Assist with obtaining and reviewing subcontractor quotations and supplier costs.

Support contract review meetings with the Contracts Department for secured projects.

Manage multiple deadlines while maintaining high accuracy, organisation, and quality standards.

The ideal applicant will be an Estimator Flat Roofing will with:

Must have experience as an Estimator within the roofing industry

Ideally have experience in flat roofing

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Strong character thats not afraid to help the team when necessary

IT literate
