Depot Based Powered Access Engineer
\n Leicestershire
\n £30,000£40,000 + Overtime + Training + Progression
\n Permanent | Full Time | MondayFriday (42.5 hours)
Were recruiting on behalf of an established and growing powered access business with a modern fleet and strong presence across the UK.
\nThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer to join a busy depot environment maintaining and preparing powered access equipment to a high standard.
\nThe Role
\nYoull be responsible for servicing, inspecting and repairing a range of powered access equipment and telehandlers from the depot.
\nKey responsibilities:
\n Carrying out pre-delivery inspections (PDIs)
\n Servicing, maintenance and repairs across the fleet
\n Diagnosing hydraulic, electrical and mechanical faults
\n Completing service documentation and digital records accurately
\n Managing workload effectively and maintaining workshop standards
What Were Looking For:
\nPrevious engineering experience within powered access, plant, forklift or related equipment sectors
\n Strong mechanical, hydraulic and electrical fault-finding skills
\n CAP certification is highly desirable and will be considered a strong advantage
\n IPAF 3a/3b preferred
\n LOLER knowledge and inspection experience desirable
\n Full UK driving licence
\n Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently
Whats on Offer:
\n£30,000£40,000 basic salary depending on experience
\n Weekday overtime hourly rate
\n Weekend overtime hourly rate (minimum 5 hours paid)
