Team Leader - Southampton

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Team Leader to work with a leading logistics company in Southampton. You will support daily warehouse operations in Millbrook, ensuring high standards of service, safety, and operational efficiency.

Shift patterns:
\n * Shifts rotate every 2 weeks: 06:00-14:00 & 14:00-22:00

Pay rates:
\n * £13.65 hourly

Must-have requirements for Team Leader:
\n * Previous team leader experience
\n * Good general IT literacy with knowledge of Excel and Outlook
\n * Strong communication and organisational skills
\n * Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
\n * Proactive and hands-on approach
\n * Ability to work independently and as part of a team
\n * Flexibility to work full-time on site

Desirable requirements for Team Leader:
\n * Ability to motivate others
\n * Strong teamwork and adaptability
\n * Effective problem-solving skills

Role for Team Leader:
\n * Lead and support warehouse teams to achieve daily targets
\n * Allocate tasks and monitor individual and team performance
\n * Support shipment processes and maintain high levels of stock accuracy
\n * Ensure all safety protocols and service levels are consistently met
