Salary: £48,000 to £55,000 basic salary, dependent on experience

Introduction forSales Engineer / Area Sales Manager
\nTCS Consulting is supporting Wrth Elektronik in the search for a Regional Business Manager to cover the South East territory, including Oxfordshire and surrounding areas.
\nThis is a high-activity sales role focused on developing new business, managing existing accounts and driving growth across an established region. The role would suit a motivated salesperson with experience in the electronics sector, either with a component manufacturer or distributor.
\nResponsibilities forSales Engineer / Area Sales Manager
\nAs Regional Business Manager, you will manage and grow a South East territory through account management and new business development. You will spend around three days per week visiting customers, with Mondays and Fridays used for planning, administration and pipeline management.
\nManage and grow customer accounts across the South East territory
\n Book and attend 6 to 8 customer appointments per week
\n Develop new business with OEMs, EMS providers, design houses and engineering-led customers
\n Present electronic and electromechanical product solutions to engineering and procurement teams
\n Manage CRM updates, forecasting, pipeline and customer project activity
\n Support customer requirements from concept through to production
Requirements forSales Engineer / Area Sales Manager
\nThe ideal candidate will have sales experience within the electronics sector, ideally with a component manufacturer or distributor. You should be confident managing customer meetings, developing new accounts and supporting technical sales conversations with engineers and purchasing teams.
\nMinimum 1 year of experience within the electronics sector
\n Proven ability in business development, account management or technical sales
\n Understanding of electronic components and customer applications
\n Experience booking and managing customer meetings in a field sales environment
\n Knowledge of passive components, electromechanical parts, connectors or PCB technology would be beneficial
\n Full UK driving licence
