I'm recruiting for an experienced BMS Commissioning Engineer to support a major project across the London region. This is an excellent opportunity for a commissioning engineer with a strong background in delivering BMS projects from pre-commissioning through to final handover.

The Role:

\n
• Commission, test, and optimise Building Management Systems (BMS) to ensure they operate efficiently and meet project specifications.
\n
• Produce commissioning documentation, reports, and support final client demonstrations and handovers.
\n
• Diagnose and resolve commissioning issues, making software and control strategy adjustments where required.
\n
• Carry out point-to-point testing, functional testing, and system validation across HVAC plant and associated controls.
\n

Requirements:

\n
• 5+ years' experience commissioning Building Management Systems.
\n
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, control strategies, and BMS principles.
\n
• Experience working with one or more major BMS platforms.
\n
• Proven track record of delivering commissioning projects on commercial or industrial sites.
\n
• ECS/CSCS Card (or equivalent).
\n
• SMSTS or SSSTS certification.
\n
• SIS Modbus Certification.
\n
