About the Role\n
The shift pattern:
\n- \n
- Continental shift (4 on 4 off, 6-6). \n
- 2 days and 2 nights (22 shift holidays per annum) \n
- Your role will be Days based during initial induction. \n
In a nutshell, you will be involved in:
\n- \n
- Sustaining and improving equipment reliability and efficiency \n
- Creating and monitoring innovative maintenance programs \n
- Supporting commissioning of new lines and developing performance measures and yearly maintenance plans. \n
- Cross-skilling Machine Operators' skillset in relation to changeovers, basic line maintenance, clean-downs, and basic issue rectification to reduce downtime. \n

Requirements\n
What we need from you:
\n- \n
- Proven experience as an Multiskilled or Electrically biased Maintenance Engineer \n
- Willingness to support from a mechanical perspective from time to time \n
- Flexible approach to the shift pattern and overtime \n
- FMCG or converting background \n
- Proactive approach to PPMs and issue prevention to increase/extend reliability. \n
- Level 3+ Electrical qualification (ideally through a time served apprenticeship) \n
