\n Key Responsibilities:
\n - Set and operate CNC fixed head lathes
\n - Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to produce high-precision components.
\n - Utilise Fanuc controls to ensure efficient and accurate machining processes.
\n - Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machinery.
\n - Collaborate with the engineering team to optimise production techniques and workflows.
\n Skills, Experience, and Education:
\n - Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with team members and supervisors.
\n - Knowledge/Expertise: Proven experience in setting and operating CNC lathes, specifically with Fanuc controls.
\n - Innovation: Ability to identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
