\nDeliver and maintain high standards of nursing care.\n
\nSupport residents with personal care while promoting independence and dignity.\n
\nWork closely with the wider care team to ensure consistent, quality service.\n
\nAssist in daily clinical and general care duties within the home.\n
Requirements:\n
\nNMC Registered Nurse with relevant post-registration experience.\n
\nPrior experience in a similar role.\n
\nExcellent communication skills and strong clinical knowledge.\n
