Job Title:Class 1 Driver -Trunking (Depot to Depot)\n
Location:Carlisle\n
Pay Rate:£16.40 to £19.00 per hour
\n Working Hours:Monday to Friday - various starts available - Regular, ongoing work\n
Experience:6months Class 1 essential\n
\nFifth Wheel Recruitment are looking for Class 1 Drivers in Carlisle to work with our client, who are a well established distribution and logistics company based in the North West.\n
\nWe have ongoing trunking positions available offering year-round work, fixed start times and regular routes. Drivers will alternate between a longer and shorter run throughout the week.\n
\nRoutes include:\n
\nCarlisle Nuneaton Carlisle\n
\nCarlisle Haydock Carlisle\n
Employee Benefits:\n
Competitive Salary:£16.40 to £19.00 per hour\n
\n£16.96 per hour + £2.04 holiday pay = £19.00 per hour total\n

About you:\n
\nYou will have your Class 1 Driving Licence and at least 6 months experience driving commercially. You must also have your UK DCPC card and a valid Digi-tacho card.Our client may accept up to 6 points on your licence, but we can not acceptDD, TT, DR, CD, INendorsements. As a professional Driver, you will be up to date with the WTD regulations.\n
\nYou will be a UK resident and will be able to travel to and from the site for your shift. We are unable to assist with VISA applications and cannot assist with relocation.\n

- Completing trunking runs between distribution centres \n
- Carrying out daily vehicle checks \n
- Completing transport paperwork \n
- Complying with driver hours and working time regulations \n
