Counterbalance Forklift Drivers Wanted - Weekly Pay

Quest Employment are currently looking for experienced Counterbalance Forklift Drivers to support a busy warehouse operation based in Brackmills, Northampton.

This role is a great opportunity for candidates who are looking for consistent full-time night shifts, weekly pay and the chance to move into a permanent position after 12 weeks. You will be joining a modern, well-equipped warehouse with a friendly and supportive team.

The Role

As a Counterbalance Forklift Driver, your duties may include:

\n
• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift to load, unload and move goods safely
\n
• Stacking, palletising and organising stock
\n
• Moving goods throughout the warehouse
\n
• Completing basic equipment checks before use
\n
• Supporting general warehouse duties where needed
\n
• Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and safe
\n
• Following all site health and safety procedures
\n

Key Skills and Experience

We are looking for candidates who:

\n
• Hold a valid in-date Counterbalance Forklift licence, such as ITSSAR, RTITB or AITT
\n
• Have previous experience within a warehouse or logistics environment
\n
• Are confident operating a Counterbalance FLT in a busy setting
\n
• Have good attention to detail and organisational skills
\n
• Are reliable, punctual and safety-conscious
\n
• Can work well independently and as part of a team
\n
